北京時間9月22日，凱爾特人官方宣布，球隊已裁掉後衛海登-格雷。

凱爾特人此前與格雷簽下的是一份Exhibit10合同。格雷預計將加盟凱爾特人下屬發展聯盟球隊緬因凱爾特人。
